Project: Digital Transformation Tradeshow

CHALLENGE: The challenge was to create an immersive tradeshow booth experience that would educate and engage potential clients showcasing the business benefits of their digital transformation capabilities.

OUTCOME: By focusing on user research and designing for engagement, we created an immersive and interactive exhibit that showcased EY’s digital transformation process. The exhibit captured the attention of attendees and generated 12+ client sales leads successfully.

Process

In order to determine the direction for the booth experience's look, feel, and story, we began this project by compiling extensive information about EY's digital transformation process.

Next, I continued ideating and sketching concepts for the booth from the outside in, concentrating on the digital transformation through the lens of a potential client.

We also brainstormed and sketched what the visuals and experience would be within the exhibit.

I then produced and presented a high-fidelity rendering of what the booth could look like.

Next, I focused on developing concepts for the interactive touchscreen experience, which would be a focal point of the exhibit.

After a few rounds of feedback on the touchscreen wireframe concepts, I took the sketches into Figma and began designing high fidelity screens for the touchscreen display.

Working with other team members and stakeholders, I designed and repurposed different elements from the digital transformation process to be displayed on the hanging projector screens.

Finally, to ensure the smooth execution of the exhibit at the innovation summit we worked closely with the event coordinators to ensure that all elements of the exhibit were ready on time and executed smoothly.
